In order to further optimize the business environment of the city and improve the efficiency of business incorporation, the industrial and commercial department implements the electronic application processing mode. Applicants can apply for electronic registration of the entire process through the registration online service system. £¨http://wsdj.baic.gov.cn£©The relevant content is hereby notified as follows:
1. The whole process of enterprise name registration is paperless. The name of the company declared through the online service system, the registration agency will give feedback within one working day. Since March 24, 2018, the city's science and technology, culture, business services, sports companies can use the name duplicate checking function to choose their own name. The name of the company that has passed the duplicate checking does not need to apply for pre-approval of the name, and can directly apply for registration.
2. Promote the ¡°full electronic¡± registration model. The registered online service system supports the company's full-process electronic registration. Enterprises can choose the ¡°full-process electronic¡± registration mode through the system or submit the application documents to the registration authority. If the ¡°full electronic¡± registration mode is selected and the registration application is submitted, the registration authority shall make a decision on whether to approve the registration within one working day; if the registration document is submitted on site, the registration authority shall make a decision on whether to approve the registration within 2 working days after acceptance.
